Our team successfully completed a structural restoration and waterproofing project at West Coast University, ensuring the longevity and safety of the campus infrastructure. The project involved the complete demolition and removal of an 8-inch concrete slab and topping on the walkway bridge, exposing the structural slab for evaluation and repair. We then performed concrete restoration to address any deficiencies and reinforce the existing structure before pouring a new concrete slab. To enhance safety and durability, we applied two coats of slip-resistant waterproofing paint, creating a protective, non-slip surface designed to prevent water intrusion and provide long-term traction for pedestrian traffic.
