Our team successfully completed a comprehensive commercial re-roofing project at Gateway House Condominium. The project involved the removal of the existing gravel roof system and installation of a GAF 60 mil TPO roofing system with a tapered design, improving water drainage and energy efficiency. Prior to installation, we performed concrete restoration on the existing structural deck, ensuring a solid and stable foundation for the new system. To further enhance water management, we installed a new primary and secondary drain system, along with a complete downspout system, preventing water retention and ensuring proper flow away from the building. This roofing system is backed by a 20-Year GAF No Dollar Limit (NDL) Warranty, providing the condominium with long-term protection, durability, and peace of mind.
