Ameribuild Group performed concrete restoration and exterior repair work at Dadeland Grove, a multi-building residential condominium community located in Pinecrest, Florida. The project focused on restoring deteriorated concrete areas throughout the elevated walkways, bridge sections, overhead beams, tie beams, and related exterior surfaces under the direction of the project engineer. The scope included concrete chipping and removal of unsound material, exposed reinforcing steel preparation, spalling repair, patching, surface preparation, pressure cleaning, waterproofing related repairs, and finish coating/painting. Ameribuild’s team worked throughout active residential corridors while maintaining site protection, safety controls, pedestrian awareness, and daily coordination with property management. This project required detailed field execution in occupied common areas, including the use of ladders, scaffold platforms, fall protection, caution tape, floor protection, and controlled work zones. Repairs were performed to restore structural integrity, improve long-term durability, and prepare the affected surfaces for a clean finished appearance.
