At Hamptons West Condominium, we undertook a major planter rehabilitation project, addressing long-term waterproofing and structural concerns to ensure lasting durability and protection. The scope of work involved the removal of all existing waterproofing materials down to the concrete substrate, followed by a comprehensive concrete restoration process to repair any deficiencies.

Once the structural integrity was restored, we applied the Carlisle CCW waterproofing system, creating a seamless and highly effective moisture barrier to prevent future water intrusion and deterioration. By following engineering specifications, industry best practices, and waterproofing standards, this project delivered enhanced durability, improved drainage performance, and long-term protection for the building’s planter structures.
