The Oaks Condominiums - Dania Beach

AmeriBuild Group successfully completed a comprehensive concrete restoration project at The Oaks Condominiums in Dania Beach, Florida. This multi-phase project focused on three of the six mid-rise residential buildings on the property, each five stories tall, and was performed in support of the property’s 40-Year Recertification under the direction of a licensed structural engineer. The scope included full demolition and reconstruction of severely deteriorated balcony slabs, extensive stair system restoration, and the installation of new aluminum handrail systems throughout.

Our team also performed widespread concrete spalling repairs and structural crack remediation on exposed surfaces across all three buildings. To safely access elevated work areas, AmeriBuild utilized a combination of boom lifts and extensive scaffolding systems. 

All work was performed with precision and coordination while the buildings remained occupied, ensuring resident safety and minimal disruption to daily operations. This project highlights AmeriBuild’s field-driven expertise in structural restoration, particularly within the context of recertification deadlines, occupied building logistics, and large-scale façade rehabilitation.
